11-FREE - doesn't contain FORMALDEHYDE, TOLUENE, DBP, FORMALDEHYDE RESIN, CAMPHOR, XYLENE, ETHYL TOSYLAMIDE, PARABENS, ACETONE, HEXYLAMINE ALDEHYDE, BUTANONE.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Apply TOP VELOURS in a thin layer. Cure in an LED lamp for 60 seconds.*
2. Remove the dispersion layer using a cleanser.
(*Recommended LED lamp power: 48W, UV wavelength range from 365 nm to 400 nm, without pink/red light.)
